About God's Diamonds

A faith-rooted nonprofit revealing brilliance under pressure.

We exist for the people the world overlooks โ€” and the leaders God is calling forward through them.

Our Mission

To help people โ€” especially neurodivergent individuals and those impacted by trauma โ€” overcome shame, low self-esteem, and doubt so they can discover their true identity and purpose.

Our Vision

To empower wounded but gifted individuals to become confident leaders, entrepreneurs, and community changemakers.

Founder Story

From Pressure to Platform.

Kimberly J. Lewis is a neurodivergent Black woman, ordained minister, speaker, consultant, and advocate. With a Master of Divinity and a career spanning leadership, DEI, ministry, and education, she has spent more than a decade equipping people to walk in healing, confidence, and calling.

God's Diamonds was born from her own crucible. As a child shaped by adversity and as an adult navigating neurodivergence in spaces not built for her, Kimberly learned firsthand that pressure does not destroy the diamond โ€” it reveals it. She founded God's Diamonds so no one would have to carry that pressure alone.

Today she leads workshops, mentorship circles, and speaking engagements across faith and community settings โ€” helping wounded people discover that their story is not the end of the work; it is the beginning of the witness.

"Diamonds are not destroyed by pressure. They are revealed by it."
